Lauren Alcantara is the Founder and Managing Director of Bright Sharp, where she helps organisations make complexity visible through strategy, visual thinking and facilitation.
After more than 20 years in senior leadership roles across the Australian Public Service, Lauren combines strategic thinking with creative practice to help organisations communicate clearly, facilitate meaningful conversations and turn ideas into practical action.
Lauren is also a practising artist and believes creativity is a powerful tool for helping people see new perspectives, build understanding and make better decisions. She enjoys bringing that blend of strategy and creativity to her role on the CWB committee.
