Our History

Founded in 1992, Canberra Women in Business Inc (formerly the Chamber of Women in Business) was established to provide support, connection and development opportunities for women in business across the Canberra region.

What began as a small community of businesswomen has grown into a vibrant network that brings women together to share knowledge, build meaningful connections and support one another in business and leadership.

Through networking events, workshops, panel discussions and mentoring opportunities, Canberra Women in Business continues to create an environment tailored to the needs of women in business – helping members develop their skills, expand their networks and build the confidence to establish and grow successful businesses.
