Zierholz Premium Brewery, established in 2005, is Canberra’s original microbrewery and a long-standing contributor to the ACT’s event and community landscape. For nearly two decades, we have delivered high‑quality local beverages and dependable service across major public festivals, corporate functions, embassy events, and private celebrations.
Zierholz is deeply community focused, supporting fundraising efforts for schools, the Canberra Environment Centre. Our brewery is also a trusted partner for corporate and diplomatic engagements, catering for the German, Austrian, Filipino, and USA Embassies and the Australian National University, alongside weddings, birthdays, and private events.
